Doggy Daycare Program

Join our doggy daycare program and give your pup the opportunity to socialize, exercise and play in a supervised group setting.

We value safety and quality care for our furry friends over meeting quotas. That is why our program is designed for maintaining small play group sizes and built in enrichment sessions. We understand that every pet is unique in their needs and preferences, and we strive to provide a tailored experience to each pet in our care.

What's Included?

Our daycare program is specifically designed to provide enrichment to your pup both physically and mentally. Our facility is equipped with a variety of tools to keep your pup active throughout the day. Our doggy daycare schedule also includes rest periods to ensure your dog has time to relax and reset before going back to group play. We understand the importance of a well balanced routine for your dog's overall well being, and our program is designed to provide just that.

Supervised Group Play

Our staff members are trained to carefully monitor and facilitate group play sessions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all dogs involved. This helps to promote positive socialization skills, build confidence, and provide metal stimulation.

Lunchtime Enrichment

During our mid-day rest period all daycare pups are offered a special lunchtime enrichment toy. This is typically a frozen lick mat or frozen Kong toy filled with a mixture of yogurt, peanut butter and pumpkin. This activity is designed to alleviate boredom, ease anxiety and allow for a total reset of their body and mind before returning to group play in the afternoon.

Report cards

Throughout the day our daycare staff takes pictures and videos of the dogs in our care to create personalized report cards. This allows pet owners to stay informed about their dogs well-being and notable behaviors while in our care. It's a great way to stay connected to your pup while they are away from home.

Daycare Requirements

In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to every dog in our program we have a list of requirements that must be met by every dog. By adhering to these standards, we can offer a safe and harmonious environment to every dog in our program.

Must pass a daycare assessment

A daycare assessment is a process where we can determine if your dog is a good candidate for doggy daycare. During this assessment we evaluate their socialization skills, comfort level and overall behavior.

Must attend regularly

Regular attendance is important for maintaining a consistent routine and healthy bonds with other playmates.

Must be fixed after 6 months of age

All dogs must be fixed (spayed/neutered) after 6 months of age. This helps reduce territorial behaviors,  aggression, and the risk of unwanted pregnancies.

Up to date on vaccines

We ask that all dogs in our facility (grooming and daycare clients) be up to date on Rabies, Bordatella, and DHLPP vaccinations. These are essential to protect dogs from serious air-borne illnesses and viruses that can be transmitted in group play.

How To Enroll

There are 3 steps to getting a dog set up for success in our doggy daycare program. These steps are set into place to help us provide a safe and enjoyable environment to all pets in our care.

1

Contact us

Reach out to us! When we receive a daycare inquiry we like to connect with the pet parent. This allows us to relay all the daycare information and explain the process of implementing a dog into our daycare program. We will discuss your dog's needs and behaviors, set up a time to do your pups daycare assessment and explain what we look for and why. This is also when we will set up your dog's profile in our facility software system and review our vaccination policy.

2

Daycare assessment

Daycare assessments are a scheduled session where we will be able to observe and evaluate your dog's behavior and social skills to ensure a safe and positive transition into the daycare program. We look at their play style, temperament, and reaction to stimulation.

3

Implementation

Once your dog had successfully passed the daycare assessment, the next step is to implement them into the program. During this step we establish a daycare schedule and reserve the days you plan on bringing your pup for daycare. We discuss the playtime and lunchtime schedule, grooming schedule if desired and walk you through your customer portal so you can access your invoices, report cards, etc.
